It is never too early to buy. We recommend as soon as you are ready and confident to get shopping. However, keep in mind that your gown is specially designed for you and may take up to eight months to arrive with us, plus time for fittings and alterations.
Your wedding may seem like an age away, and the closer it gets to your special day the more things you will have to worry about and your dress is not one of them, so, if possible, allow yourself plenty of time.
Giving yourself as much time as you can is something we would always recommend as it provides you with many more options. But if you still have less than nine months till your wedding, don't panic. We have a range of gowns available for you to buy off the rack in addition to access to all of our designers' stock.
Additionally, some of our designers, offer ‘rush orders’ at an additional cost.
Yes, at SJP Bridal we host brides on an appointment-only basis. We want each and every bride to have the most memorable and personal experience possible and to accomplish this, we must be fully prepared for your visit.
Like many luxury boutiques we charge a small consultation fee of £20 for all bridal and bridesmaids appointments. This is in place due to the high level of appointment requests, and to ensure all brides receive the best possible service and memorable experience.
We also offer a waiting list should your preferred date be unavailable, you'll be the first to hear if there are any cancellations. If your preferred date is not available please contact us by calling the boutique 028 7055 6152 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not refund on cancellation of your appointment.
The gowns on our rails range in size from a 6 to a size 20, however most of our gowns are available to order from a size 6 to size 32, excluding the Karen Willis Holmes LUXE Collection.
Bridal sizing is very different to high street sizing. Each of our designers work with their own individual sizing chart therefore each collection is unique in design and size.
Every bride should look and feel beautiful on her wedding day, and size should not be an issue to worry about.
Each appointment lasts 90 minutes allowing you enough of time to explore and try on gowns. Your stylist will devote their whole attention to you and truly grasp your own style and wedding requirements.
Your prompt arrival is much appreciated. It is essential for our brides to be on time in order to maximise their time with our stylists. We certainly wouldn’t want you to feel rushed but as we have to run a very strict diary, we cannot allow your time to run over as this would be unfair to the next bride. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes, you have a choice of either on street parking or various pay and display car parks nearby. We recommend parking in the car park beside the leisure centre, which is only a short walk to the shop.

Absolutely! You can choose to store your gown in store with us. Your stylist will provide you with all the info you need when your dress arrives in store.
